Good evening Akira, we’ve had a wonderful time in Kyoto and Tsubakian! It time went to fast! Thank you Akira sann! We are heading to Tokyo for 1 wk then we go home. We are already talking about coming back. If we come back to Kyoto we will try and book Tsubakian again!  Our trip has been amazing. Japan is beautiful, food is amazing, and the Japanese people have been very kind to us. We have very much enjoyed our time here in Osaka, Kyoto, and look forward to Tokyo! Thank you again.

We were able to relax even during our first overnight stay in this house. It was our 60th birthday celebration, and we were moved to have been provided with a celebratory cake! We enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

We were deeply comforted by the warm hospitality of Kyoto, the kotatsu, the hinoki bath, and the lovely interior. All the necessary items were provided, and the owner's thoughtfulness was evident throughout. Even the shampoo is T S U B A K I (laughs). We definitely want to stay here again with everyone. No matter how old you are, the first experience is always enjoyable.

The tatami mats, bathtub, and kotatsu were all very soothing. The goldfish were too cozy to leave after just one night. Thank you for your heartfelt hospitality.

私達夫婦と両親夫婦の4人で利用させていただきました。
コロナ禍で家族旅行を躊躇しましたが、ここ数年会えなかった両親と楽しむために、ホテルや旅館でなく、一棟貸しとして こちらを利用させていただきました。
事前にAKIRA様とプランの相談させていただき、また旅の場所の予約や訪問時間の変更に即対応していただき本にありがとうごさいす 。

おかげで、北野天満宮、金閣寺、 仁和寺、妙心寺と西側のお寺めぐりができました。掘りこたつを利用し、檜のお風呂を満足し、 コ ーヒ ーや 紅 茶 を 飲 ん で 、楽 し み ま し た 。本 気 に ゆ っく り 過ご せ ま し た 。 是非京都にくる事があれば利用させてもらいます。

My spouse, our parents, and I, four of us in total, stayed here.
Due to the pandemic, we hesitated to have a family trip, but we decided to use this place instead of a hotel or ryokan to enjoy with our parents whom we hadn't seen for the past few years.
We consulted with AKIRA beforehand about the plan, and he promptly responded to changes in our travel itinerary and visiting times. Thank you very much for that.

Thanks to that, we were able to visit Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, Kinkaku-ji Temple, Jingo-ji Temple, and Myoshin-ji Temple on the western side. We enjoyed using the kotatsu, were satisfied with the hinoki bath, and drank coffee and black tea. We had a really relaxing time. If we have the chance to come to Kyoto again, we will definitely use this place.

We had the pleasure of using this place for the second time, following our stay on the 7th.

Just like last time, we are extremely grateful for the meticulous and kind hospitality we received. Our children were able to spend their time comfortably as if they were at home.

Seeing the snow-covered Kinkaku-ji Temple, which we had longed for, was absolutely amazing!

大人二人、子供3人の旅行でした。一頭丸貸しとしてということで気がれなく、子供達が隠れんぼしたりして楽しく過ごさせていただきました。

色々な設備や物が揃っているので子供が大喜びです。

LINEでのやり取りからAKIRA様の人柄のよさが伝わってきて、実際にお会いしました時も主人もAKIRA様の人柄のよさにもびっくりしました！

京都は２、３日では回りきれない良いところがたくさんありますので、外国の方が一週間ぐらい滞在される理由がよくわかりました。今度はもう少し長く滞在できればと思います。

It was a trip with two adults and three children. Since we rented the whole place, we were able to enjoy ourselves, with the children playing hide-and-seek and having fun.

The children were thrilled because there were various facilities and items available.

From our conversations on LINE, we could sense AKIRA's kindness, and when we actually met, both my spouse and I were pleasantly surprised by AKIRA's personality!

Kyoto has so many wonderful places to explore that you can't see everything in just two or three days, so I now understand why foreigners stay for about a week. Next time, we hope to stay a little longer.

伝統的な京町家に「住むような滞在する」京都の旅をとても楽しみにしておりましたが、

想像していた以上に充実しました。

町家の作りが、不便ではなかと当初思っておりましたが、

​台所、小上がりの日本閣、ダイニングの風通しがよく、コミュニケーションがとりやすいことに驚きました。

​和洋折衷なインテリアも絶妙。外国人客も大満足するはずです。
